TIP 1 : Wash your hair at least 2 times a week

There are many oils that you can use before shampooing your hair like coconut oil, olive oil, almond oil, caster oil, argon oil and many more. Essential oils promotes fast hair growth and even helps the growth of new hair.
TIP 5 : Apply any healthy mask at least once a week
Hair masks helps nourish and moisturize your hair from the damage they might be facing. Masks should be applied at least once a week. You can use banana, avocados, honey, fenugreek seeds, amla, henna and many other items to make a healthy hair mask.
TIP 6 : Do not apply heat to your hair
Too much application of heat on your hair can make the roots weak and can cause hair fall. It can also make your hair thin and more frizzy and dry. Therefore, avoid the use of heat products on your hair.

Tight hairstyles like tight buns, ponytails or braids cause a constant pull of hair from the roots. This weakens the root and causes hair fall. Avoid tight hairstyles during your bedtime as while sleeping the hair might pull out and you might a see hair spreading on your pillow when you woke up.
TIP 8 : Use lukewarm/cold water for hair wash
Using lukewarm water will open the hair pores due to which the dirt easily comes out. After applying conditioner, wash your hair with cold water so that the pores closes again. This method will also prevent your hair from frizz.
